NGCA prioritizes entertainment over education, with frequent parties and movie-watching during class. Students use a single notebook. No homework. No projects. No books. Check their FB page where they frequently post their non stop fun activities. The school discourages parental involvement. November 2023, when confronted about shortcomings, *******, first congratulated me for my son being so well behaved, respectful and with a great learning attitude, then she admitted her teachers are not equipped for teaching but they've been loyal to her in good and bad times, so she must keep them employed. Then she made empty promises to improve, but failed to deliver.Upon requesting credentials for my son's 7th grade Math/English teacher, ******************* abruptly expelled him (SHE EMAILED ME ON DECEMBER 25, 2023 NOT TO BRING MY SON TO HER SCHOOL ANYMORE), jeopardizing his academic progress. NGCA owner, ******************************* REFUSED TO REFUND TUITION FEES DESPITE OF PREPAYMENT OF THE ENTIRE SCHOOL YEAR, STATING SHE'S COVERED BY HER CONTRACT. Also, BULLYING incidents are UNREPORTED, likely due to financial concerns. Numerous undisclosed incidents suggest deeper issues within the school.
