I have never been treated as bad as I have in my as then to how I was treated over the weekend by the Schumacher Auto Grouo. I had purchased a car from them two weeks agai. I had to return a car that I bought, because it was in the shop about 6 times in 2months. I was guided to purchase a 2016 Subaru Outback. It drove nice and I know they are reliable. This vehicle was going to be $300 more a month because I wasnt able to put any money down. I am disabled and I am on a liver transplant list. I had to cancel much needed appointments due to my last car. Anyway, I bought it and the next day, the window sensor was broken. I was told to bring it in and found out I had no warranty. I was under the assumption it was under some type of warranty but it wasnt. This week, I was driving and multiple warning lights came on. I was told to bring it in and it ended up being the evap canister. It was clogged. Once again under warranty Anyway, that make a long story short , I waited all day ant the dealership l, for a manager who was supposed to get me when he could. Never once did anyone come get me. Today I went in and they agreed to fix it but I had to leave it! I had to reschedule another appointment to bro g it in today. Then I was told that I was going to get a check today and it wasnt there. I had called the appropriate person, *******. First I was accused of yelling when I was walking it was loud. I explained I was death in one ear. I apologized and said I wasnt yelling and if I was it wasnt to her. Then she accused me of being nice to her because she had money I needed. Then I said Im about to cry because I have a child and I have to think of something because I was broke. She actually said to *** cant give out money to everyone who cries to me. I stated I wasnt crying to her. Anyway what a horrible thing to say to someone on the phone. Never yelled at her and all she wanted to do is set me up so she didnt have to look into my case. Im furious now.
