            Kayle and Drew both showed up on time and were fair on prices and getting estimates. The issue came about whenever there was subpar work that was done and items that were paid for not properly working or installed. Issues listed below Contractor did not center kitchen cabinets over window and sink area which caused countertops to be off by 2 inches Contractor was paid to build a box to conceal plumbing pipe in kitchen, but box was completely unsquare to the wall. Contractor, trimwork, subpar homeowner had to modify plate covers to fit bad trim cuts. Electrical boxes protruding too much out of wall for covers to even go on and be flush with the wall. Contractor argued and raise voice inside my home arguing about quality of work. Contractor cut vanities without permission to install “for free” distorting under vanity space. Anytime I brought up there was an issue with the work he told me I had to pay a fee to have them come back to fix the original mess up. Would never recommend to anyone who expects high-quality.

            Bathroom vanity was installed for free then removed for free after homeowner changed their mind on the size of the vanity. No layout for kitchen cabinets were ever discussed and when specified they wanted center with window we corrected the issue for free. 3 times we came back for free fixing issues because we stand behind our work, but when homeowner tried to modify our work we no longer warranty damages done to our work. When told he would have to pay a service fee for us coming out he flipped out started cussing me and my partner also sent very malicious texts that I still have. All in all **** turned out to be a very cheap person trying to get deals from all his sub contractors and took on more then he could handle not hiring a general contractor to make sure everything was getting done in line with other contractors. This was suppose to be a friend of a friend but clearly he’s more interested in saving money then building relations with people in the area. I feel sorry for anyone who has dealings with this person.
