            A/C installation made less than 6 months ago, when we were absent during vacation. Today, openned A/C closet and the water overflow safety with assembly fell out without any prior contact on my part what so ever. Without the safety switch, unit had to be turned off. The original installation or the parts were faulty because the ABS pipe thread was broken in two which would require consider force unlikely to be from any elderly user like me. No question about that. Love Air serviced unit but demanded $90 payment for what should have been 110% their responsibility. The was the second time they had to come to repair adjacent (and critical) ABS parts. We ask (1) the $90 payment be refunded and (2) that BBB note this complaint on the Love Air file.

            Professional and Excellent Customer Service. I'm writing this review because I shopped other companies that provided service that was not
            needed on my units and turned to BBB for a higher level provider.. Here I found Love Air services and i can tell you they will solve your issues
            and wont rip you off. Quick trouble shooting and solved the problem with an added part where other companies stated I needed a new
            compressor.. If you use Love Air you will NOT be disappointed.
