              I am reopening a case that was already filed and closed because they told me if I closed it with you they would fix the problem - I closed it and here I am a number of weeks later and they did nothing - I am worse off now!

              My project was a front door and a patio of windows and a door. The gentleman that did the estimate was great and friendly he sells you on the company. But his ethics and the ethics that is portrayed by the rest of the company don't match. They have no concept of time management nor respect of customers time. This transaction started 2022 with a 20-week delay of a 3-day installation from the date of signed contract to a 38 weeks delay and 1 month and a week, after two failed inspections attempts for total completion. The first rain the patio leaked. The end product looks amazing, only if it was what I asked for. We never discussed relocating the patio door, which altered my plans for the porch.
