            I am attempting to open a Shopify store for dropshipping and set up an app, TopDawg as the supplier. The shipping will not add up correctly and shopify blames TopDawg and TopDawg Blames shopify and we have been going back and forth for weeks and this has wasted HOURS upon HOURS of my time and neither company will fix this issue. Shopify and TopDawg integrate and I can not be the only one with this issue, You all need to work together to FIX THIS! I have emailed and gone through numerous emaisl and calls for assistance and get NO WHERE. ESCALATE THIS to the proper person to resolve this issue please! If this can not be resolved I would like a refund.

            I'm still in the process of getting my Shopify integrated with TopDawg, and I will say that TopDawg has been far more helpful than Shopify. Paul in customer service has been so patient with my e-commerce learning curve and has been there to help whenever I call. A+++ service at a time when it's nearly impossible to get someone on the phone, and someone on the phone in the US. Refreshing. I wish more platforms would go back to this way of doing business, as customers greatly appreciate it.
