I am working with the My Florida Safe Home program and asked for a quote for a new roof from this company and received it on 3-18-2024 . However, the quote came in the form of a text and I was unable to print it out off my phone. I spoke to *** who was going to mail me a hard copy. I never received a proposal via mail. I finally received an email copy ion April 4th in my spam box but it was for $3, 000 more than the original quote. I tried to reach out several time via text, phone calls and website emails. I have never heard back from the company and it has been 4 days shy of a month from the original quote. I am not sure what is going on with this company. I would of never predicted this from a state approved contractor.
