You had signed a lease agreement to reside at the apartment and had physically taken possession of your apartment home. The following week you had notified the office that you needed to be let out of our lease because you owned over 7 dogs that were not allowed at the community. You had signed a pet application stating that you were only bringing two dogs, as well as signed a pet addendum stating what our pet policy was. Because you had terminated your lease, per your lease agreement, termination fees are due. Pro-rated rent was charged through the 5th of July, as that was when you had given us keys. The remainder went towards your termination fees. Please contact the office should you need further clarification. Thank you
