            The Better Business Bureau has received 17 complaints raging from 05/16/2019 to 08/05/2021. Consumers Allege that they are not receiving product or when received it is the wrong order. They also allege  the quality of hair that is advertised as real hair is synthetic cheap hair. Per company policy they do not offer refunds or attempt to make consumer corrections. 

            The BBB has attempted to contact Business multiple occasions to no avail. Currently 17 complaints with No Response. If you are a victim of this company please file a complaint with your State Office.

            I would like to file a dispute on a purchase I made 11/26/21 in the amount of $455 to the ****** ***** collection. I purchased 1 24 inch human hair body wave wig. I received a confirmation email with Order # **** from the merchant. After several attempts of contacting the merchant I still have not received my merchandise. I was suppose receive my purchase within 10 to 14 business days, 12/17/21. It has now been 5 months and still nothing has been done. Attached are emails between myself and the owner ****** ***** where I requested a refund and still have not received it or my purchase. I would like to dispute this and have the money refunded in it's entirety.
