Payment from our personal account has been returned to Payflex due to SFOMS never running procedure through insurance, our 2022 remaining $1200 ************** Account funds have been frozen until SFOMS runs procedure through insurance. Our 2023 $2800 funds are also frozen due to SFOMS NOT running the procedure through our ***************.There is no individual that actually handles Billing for any patients of South Florida Oral Maxillofacial Surgery.
