A mi me vendieron un aire con garantía de 10 años y sólo tenía que pagar 85 dólares si venía el técnico a reparar así fue la venta y 3 personas escucharon lo mismo. vinieron 2 veces en el primer año a hacer mantenimiento la última ves ya pasado casi un año me llaman y me dicen se le está terminando su garantía tiene que pagarnos 150 dólares al año para que la garantía de 10 no la pierda ,les dije que eso no era lo que me habían vendido y la señora se rio y me dijo tendrías que leer la letra chica del contrato lo cual el vendedor nunca mencionó, trate de localizar al dueño nunca atendió mis llamadas después de 2 años me responde como claro le puse un mal review está preocupado. Estoy viendo que cada día que pasa tiene más malos comentarios esta empresa. No fui sólo yo el que cayó en la trampa la semana pasada me llama una señora diciéndome que es la nueva persona de marketing y que está viendo malos comentarios en Facebook de mi parte .que le gustaría saber que podía hacer .le dije cumplan con lo que me vendieron y me contestó no eso no se puede usted tiene que pagar 150 dólares más al año.la verda no tienen cara de mi parte tengo toda la vida para seguir escribiendo para tratar de que otra persona no caiga con esta compañía ni Victor finale
Translation: They sold me an air conditioner with a 10-year guarantee and I only had to pay $85 if the technician came to repair it, that's how the sale went and 3 people heard the same thing. They came 2 times in the first year to do maintenance, the last time after almost a year they call me and tell me your warranty is running out, you have to pay us $150 a year so that the warranty of 10 doesn't lose it, I told them that's it It was not what they had sold me and the lady laughed and told me you would have to read the fine print of the contract which the seller never mentioned, I tried to locate the owner he never answered my calls after 2 years he answers me clearly I put a bad review is concerned. I am seeing that with each passing day this company has more bad comments. It wasn't just me who fell into the trap last week a lady calls me telling me that she is the new marketing person and that she is seeing bad comments on Facebook from me. She would like to know what she could do. I told her comply with what They sold me and he answered no, that can't be done, you have to pay 150 dollars more a year. The truth is, they don't have a face on my part.
