Well it was not even the room and hotel itself but more so the parking and the parking people. We left maybe a few hours after we checking in and the valet staff were the worse people to deal with. They did not let us know that after 24 hrs we had to pay an additional 40 dollars to have our car parked for a max of 3 hours more. We came to the crypto and real estate summit and I figured if we left our car there we would save money and time yet these people were so rude, they first said to pay $20 to get out of the garage we told her that our summit ended close to 5 pm and was rude about and pretty much gave us an ultimatum that we needed to pay 40 dollars. So she upped the price because she didn’t like the fact that we questioned it. So her and some husky looking guy that spoke Spanish said well yal can stay were youre at and not get out or pay the $40 to get out. They laughed and made fun of us in Spanish and basically gave us no choice but to pay the $40. 5 minutes later walks up and stands near our door with an attitude, hip swinged to the side and just stands there and stands there saying she’s calling the cops and starts to describeus all wrong saying we looked like we were in our 40’s and got our nationality all wrong in a very insulting way. She walked alway with the guy in a hat and the chubby guy and proceeded to talk about u, I heard them speak speaking to each other about us. I tried calling the hotel and got no one so basically had no one to talk to and made me realize that this is a third party parking lot company that’s does not care about customer service because the way it seemed was like I was dealing with some street kids worse than from a third world country. Do not stay here if you are like me and care about customer service!! Heck, I would have paid those $40 dollars but the fact that valet woman handled the situation was so dramatic and unnecessary. If you stay at that hotel, do not park with those shady people. No manners and no class!!
