The business addressed the issues within the complaint, but the consumer either a) did not accept the response, OR b) did not notify BBB as to their satisfaction.

*** of Miami ****************** has failed to act with integrity in collusion with *** *************. Providing me directions to take my vehicle to their certified service center where my car disappeared to for days without contact or response from the business. I do not know where my car is or what condition my car is in, I have not heard from any *** representative regardless of the time it has been gone and despite leaving messages and calling the business constantly. There has been no service reportedly done on this vehicle and no status update.

Love the BMW X5M50i I bought a year ago, however the warrantys i purchased were not placed into the BMW system. I had a tire blowout and was told then by the dealership near my home that they weren't put in it, I called that day 4 times and was disconnected every time. This past Thursday and Friday I called and left messages with a finance manager as they did not answer the phone, I have not received a call back, text, or even an email in response. I'm ery disappointed in the post purchase service and response from this company and if a response does not come soon I will be taking legal action. I expected more from this company.
