            I hired NCH plumbing on 9/16/2022 license number ********* to change the pipes in the property *******************************, i spoke to **** he told me the job will cost me $7800 which i paid him he came with ****** to do the job by 9/21/2022 he was done telling me "this job is guaranteed i shouldn't have any more issues for the next 20 years." Ten days later I have water all over my living room and that was were the started in the first place. I've been calling him since then he doesn't answer my calls but if I called him with an unknown number he will answer say he will come by and never showed up till today. Please help me the house is a mess ?? the phone number are ********** or **********.

            Terrible company. Was quoted $125 each to replace a kitchen faucet and a garbage disposal for a total of $250. When the plumber showed up he tells me that the man who quoted me had made a mistake and it will cost me $350 not $250. So it was the old bait and switch routine. Then the plumber did the job rather sloppy and used the exsisting parts under the sink and did not replace with the new garbage disposal mounting ring just used the old worn out part. Wanted the old drain ring replaced which takes only minutes to do and he tells me that he needs to run out on an emergency call and would be back in an hour or so. Well he did not return. It only took him 1 hour to replace the 2 items and charge me $350. After he leaves I run the garbage disposal and it is leaking all over the place under there. He did not tighten it properly and went running. Also they do not take credit cards which should have been a red flag right there for me. I would not recommend them at all. With numerous calls to his cell phone with no answer.
