              I hired this company for transportation to a medical procedure two weeks in advance. I gave them my credit card. I called at least 4 times stressing how important it was and they assured me they had it taken care of. The last call I made was on Friday - previous to my Monday morning surgery appointment. I was told (name redacted due to submission terms) would be at my house at 6am on Monday to take me to my 7am procedure. This (Monday) morning no one showed up. I immediately called and left a message. 10 mins called again and the employee answered and said she would call and find out when they would arrive. 10 more mins, I call back and she says she texted her, but no reply. This person did not even have the decency to ever once call me. After calling her 4 times, I gave up . I spent all day yesterday, prepping for this procedure and it was very painful - all a waste I will have to do it again. This company has endangered my health! I asked to have the owner or manager contact me and was told the manager would call me at 8am. He never did. I have sent 4 emails asking for a phone call and he has not replied or called. Think twice before you trust this company to provide you or your loved one services!
