            I have contacted them at least 10 to 12 times. Theyve always promised a partial refund. Their neighbor never able to deliver for a product that has serious defects (makes a horrible noise when starts and device heats up). They just say keep waiting a few days for your refund. This has been months.

            Keep saying theyre going to offer a partial refund for a product that is very defective. Multiple emails over multiple months with their response saying we will send out a check shortly. They never do and theyre totally not a legit company.
