Dear BBB Team,Im reaching out with the hope of finally resolving an issue thats been both frustrating and disappointing. On October ******* I purchased two travel packages for my son *** ******* and I, traveling to *******, **** on 11/29/2023 for the amount of $2549.84. Due to my son ***** behavioral and legal issues, on 11/09/2023 I cancelled our flights and asked to refund me for the purchase of the travel package minus the cancellation fees.I was charged another $390 cancellation fee that could not be deducted from the purchase. I insisted that I get a refund because we may not be able to travel any longer, but I was told that the package is only to be credited to be used within a year of purchase and not refundable. I called the agency many times to request for a refund and it was unsuccessful. Last month I called the Royal Jordanian Airline that we were supposed to be traveling with, the customer service agent replied that the travel agency ( JustAirTicket ) should be able to refund.For the last time on 10/14/2024 I called the travel agency again to request for the refund before the end period of one year on 10/17/2024 and I was told the purchase is nonrefundable.I'm asking for my purchase refund of $2549 plus $390 cancellation fee.I am asking, respectfully yet urgently, that my refund be processed immediately. Should this issue remain unresolved, I may need to file formal complaints with the **************************** and the ******************************** to explore other avenues for redress.I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope that my refund can be processed without further delay.
