Order (******* transacted March. Payment made on the 11th via ******* to the amount of: $185.49. Sale confirmed by Ethan W******/Sales Manager on same day: "Hello ****, Your payment has been confirmed. We will send your tracking number within 24 hours." Never received a tracking number, so I reached out to Ethan via email on March 29th. I received the following reply: "Hello ****, Sorry for the late response. Here is your tracking number: ************* Carrier: TCL. Link* ********************************* * When checking ***** ***** ********* website, package states it's in transit...indefinitely. Unable to contact this shipping site with listed contact information. Attached is the payment made via ******* that they accepted.Initial Complaint

I ordered from Coastal FireArms on March 24, 2023. The site required a minimum order of $180. They did not have a credit card option, just venmo, paypal, bitcoin, etc. They stated it was because of the newest government regulations on powders and guns. I used venmo to pay. Which means I can't get any money back. They took a few days get me a tracking number stating that the shipping company was supposed to send that to me. Then they finally gave me a tracking number using *********************** for tracking. This company also seems fraudulent. I can't get them to email me, and their phone number(s) do not connect. I have screen shots and emails and would like my $200 back or my goods delivered. I will provide the emails and screen shots upon request.Initial Complaint

Placed an order with Coastal Firearms on February 22, 2023 in the amount of $199. through ******* At the time I was concerned about using ****** but we had searched the internet and could not find the 7-30 Waters Brass that my husband needed anywhere else. Originally was told payment received, then product shipped with ********** *********. Have sent message and now they do not reply. Have seen the same problem from others so wanted to add myself to the list of unhappy customers. I know I messed up and will not receive products or refund just don't want others to go through this. They need to be shut down.Initial Complaint

I found this company on the internet and it has a very robust online presence. I placed an order of over $200 and the payment method should have been a red flag but I went through with it anyway. The company has replied to emails early on and provided the shipment and tracking information. This shipping company (out of CA) also has a very robust online presence but turns out it is a front as well. I just don't want others to fall into the trap. All phone numbers are dead, no one responds to chat or email. I would like to recover my payment and I have copies of all transactions and correspondence.Initial Complaint

Ordered item from coastal and paid with PayPal. After back and forth with *************************** I filed a dispute with ****** and asked for a refund. ***** asked me to lift dispute so I could get a refund. Well that didn't happen, it's been over a week with no response. Emails come right back. I got scammed
