            We were told 2 weeks before our stay there would be slight construction on balconies and stairwells. Instead it is right above us. It is so loud we are unable to even stay indoors. The construction also began at 730am. If we would have been informed before the cancelation window we would have booked at another location. We were told this would occur several floors above us. This is extremely misleading business practice as we could not exit our contract. At this point I believe there should be significant compensation, or at minimum be offered a unit in another building with equal space/quality and a partial refund
