            On 12/07/2021 My family went to Dirty Dick Crab House in PCB, FL. Nobody enjoyed their food and a few of us got sick from eating their seafood. I paid $285.48 on Check#740203 which is no cheap dinner. We received bad service, sickening, and disgusting seafood, and ridicule by the owner for asking them to make it right. Never before have I been told that "there is something wrong with your tastebuds if you did not like our food". All we wanted was an apology, but after speaking with the owner and being told this, I want my money back. That is rude, and it is bad business. This company does not stand behind their product and does not respect or treat their customers grievances with empathy and willingness to apologize or make things right. Bad service, bad food, and worse owner.

            This is not a kid friendly restaurant! The menu was not explained to the teens. My 17 year old meal was $79.98 by herself and she was threatened with the police. What she and her friends thought they was ordering was not it and when they told the waitress she became upset and the manager got real rude and threatened them with law enforcement! I called being the adult and the manager refused to get on phone at first and then we she did she went off on me and kept cutting me off. She told me she didn’t care who I called. When I asked for the GM or regional manager’s number she told me she did not and was not gone give it to me. I called to North Carolina’s restaurant and asked if they could get me in touch with a regional manager and I was assured that someone would call me back within a few minutes. Six hours later and no returned call. These were kids from Alabama that were on vacation and went in with respect that was disrespected by staff! Rachel was an awful server and Kayla was an awful manager that disrespected these sweet girls and got over on them! Again this is the Panama location and I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
