Started project in August 2021. Had found a dealer willing and able to sit down and actually have a quote completed. Quote was accepted in September 2021. Paid have to secure equipment. Permit was filed October 2021 and issued December 2021. Received an email to start installation in January 2022. Took off from work that week and they were a no call, no show Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. I called on Thursday and was told my installation was not scheduled for that particular week and they will have to reschedule. Spoke to the Operations Manager (new guy – the original was fired), told me that he would have someone out here to do installation on Friday (same week). Friday morning (11am) Op.Mgr. shows up I personal vehicle with half the equipment and tells me that they will not have the install started until later (not all the equipment was ordered). They had my money since September, it’s now January and the parts were not all ordered plus they sent me an email stating work to be completed in January. New installation scheduled for February, took off another week. No call, no show Monday and Tuesday, called again- was told Wednesday they will begin. Wednesday comes and they arrived at 11 am leave a 2 pm. Still don’t have all equipment and now I have holes in my roof for panels, but no panels. To make a longer story short, it is now March 2023 and my system is still NOT 100% operational. The company is now on their 4th OpsMgr, their 3rd Project Manager and the permit is slated to expire in July (2nd permit due to 1st expiring). Do not have the final inspection scheduled and I have to wait for that before I can have electric company install a bidirectional meter. Plus Solar Company is still charging me FULL quote to finish job. ABSOLUTE TOTAL DISGRACE!!!! I want my money back and a new company to take over and fix all their mistakes.

We agree and share grieving for the burdens that have impacted project. Thank you for your long suffering and understanding. This project has been through an extremely unusual scenario of events. Our commitment to customer satisfaction has been compromised by the effects of manufacturing delays and long lead times for materials and products. Our team has suffered the effects from COVID, rainouts, and a run of staffing issues that I can only link to the times. We are maintaining a persistent and determined presence and are committed to completing and turning over a system that exceeds our original agreement. We will also continue to provide customer with gifts to express our empathy in acknowledgement of customer dissatisfaction and a substantial discounted billing upon completion. We are no longer in it for profit but only to maintain integrity.
