    I WISH I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS, KENNEDY IS SEXIST & RUNS A SCAM BUSINESS. HE CAME TO MY TOWNHOUSE FOR FREE THEN IMMEDIATELY TOLD ME HE DOESN'T HAVE ALL TOOLS SO HE HAS TO CHARGE ME $60 TO SET ANOTHER APPOINTMENT. I PAID THE $60 THEN KENNEDY DRAGGED THE APPOINTMENT OUT FOR MONTHS SINCE "HIS TRUCK WAS BROKE SO HE NEEDED AN ELECTRICAL & WATER SOURCE"! WHEN I ASKED FOR MONEY BACK TO OBTAIN OTHER COMPANIES SERVICES HE SAID HE WOULD NOT REFUND ME SO I WAS EXPECTED TO WAIT THESE MONTHS FOR HIS TRUCK TO GET FIXED !!! IN OUR TEXT EXCHANGE I WAS BEGGING MR.KENNEDY TO RETURN MY $60 DEPOSIT TO WHICH HE STARTED CURSING AT ME & TELLING ME I NEED TO BOOK ANOTHER APPOINTMENT A.K.A PAY HIM MORE MONEY BECAUSE HE IS NOT RETURNING THE $60, I TOLD MR.KENNEDY I DO NOT WANT YOUR SERVICES PLEASE RETURN MY $60 & HE TOLD ME TO STOP TEXTING HIM!! PLEASE SHUT THIS BUSINESS DOWN, HE IS RUNNING A SCAM!!! I SERIOUSLY WENT INTO DEPRESSION AFTER DEALING WITH MR.KENNEDY SINCE HE RUINED MY FIRST MOBILE CAR DETAILING SERVICE :( HE DOES NOT RUN A BUSINESS, HE RUNS A SCAM !!! PLEASE SOMEONE HELP !!! KENNEDY KUSTOMS IS A SCAM DO NOT USE HIS SERVICES !!! DO NOT USE KENNEDY KUSTOMS. I PRAY SOMEONE FROM THE BBB SEES THIS & SHUTS HIS BUSINESS DOWN! I AM A GOVERNMENT WORKER WHO GRADUATED WITH A BACHELORS DEGREE SO I AM BEGGING ANYONE IN THE BBB WHO SEES THIS TO TAKE THIS SERIOUS & TO SHUT DOWN HIS SCAM BUSINESS!!

    I literally have all the messages still in my phone proving how none of this happened and that you are spreading false information. When you first called me out to your place you remember you were so high that you couldn't give clear instructions to your house so you had to meet me at the store and have me follow you to it? That was August 8th 2021. That day all you did was have me remove a few tree sap spots. Then you asked if I could do a detail on the whole vehicle while I was there and I told you I didn't have time but that we could schedule for another day which was October 15th and you were cool with it. I told you I charged a $60 deposit like I do all my customers when they book and then all you would owe me is $100 when I come out and you said ok and had no problems with it. I also told you if I get anything to open up sooner I would let you know and you said ok. I ended up doing one of my appointments early which was on the 14th so I had that day open and you said ok. Then you hit me up later on asking if we could move the appointment to the following week because you forgot you had to catch a flight on the 15th. You asked on November 18th if I could book the following Thursday and I said I couldn't but I could book the 1st of December and you said ok. You then texted me and if it's $100 you still owe me and I said I won't really know for sure because it has been so long it could have maybe gotten more dirty but if it hasn't it will still be $100 and I could let you know for sure once I got there. You then got upset and asked for your deposit back because with your new job you couldn't afford more than $160. I reminded you how my deposits are non refundable if a customer reschedules but I didn't mind holding it for you until you got your finances together. You were still upset and continued to harass my phone from November 19th to 23rd which is when I told you we can either reschedule and I apply that deposit amount to your new date or we can just not do it all if you want but the deposit won't be refundable and to please stop harassing my phone because those are the only 2 options. After that you never responded. Why are you just now bringing this back up a year later I am unsure but again I have all the messages saved that prove everything you are saying is all turned around to make me look bad and you look like a victim when it didn't happen the way you are claiming, like how you are accusing me of cursing at you which all the messages prove isn't true at all.
