            They are friendly, appear accommodating. However, no one calls back and supervisors don't return calls. Absolutely different reasons are given every time...one loan offer and a promise they'd get back to me. They never did. Once, they were concerned no one called me because I had "several offers" and they will call asap. Next time they were "very busy" next time it was "I'm so sorry, let me have a supervisor call you" they never did. 12 calls-and I am not exaggerating that number- someone told me I never signed the agreement (which I did) then the most recent time, oh we have no record of you. I want a call back, I want a supervisor to explain this mess of a company
