Our core values as a company are to operate professionally and efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service to all clients.We regret that you feel that you did not have a good experience with our company. Our team provides a two-hour window for service calls so that we can ensure that we can arrive on time to each appointment throughout the day and be respectful to all of our clients time. On multiple occasions, you were not able to arrive home during your appointment window and while we understand scheduling can be a challenge for our clients, unfortunately, we cannot hold our team on a job site waiting if the client is not home at the timeframe that we scheduled our technician to be there as this would impact all appointments following. We thank you for the opportunity to service youre a/c needs.
