              Visit on 11/9/2023, I visited the office because of a broken tooth. I was seen by a hygienist who did exray the tooth. I was then introduced to a female doctor who said unfortunately she was NOT licensed to practice in the state of ** and she was unable to help me that day. I was told that the receptionist would schedule an appointment for me when the dentist was available. The receptionist said it would be two months before the new dentist would arrive she offered an appointment. I refused saying I did want to leave the tooth unprotected and broken for two months! I left feeling like I had been deceived first by scheduling the appointment with someone who is NOT licensed to practice in the state of **, and secondly by being billed for a problem focused exam $131. With a person who couldnt possibly have correctly fit me with a temporary crown or anything else to protect my tooth. I have paid $45 for the exray, I dont feel I should pay $131, for the five minutes it took for the person to tell me she was NOT a licensed dentist in the state of *******. She sis nothing more than that.

              The following commentary was composed to report abuse and hopefully protect others from the Tarpon Shore Dental practice in *********, ******* where transparently deceptive word smithing was used to excuse/obscure damaging actions that resulted in extreme harm to patient What Initially appeared to be the behavior of only one employee which included but was not limited to intimidation, gaslighting and withholding or denying and possibly altering information and/ or records now is evidently supported by those licensed doctors whose care and treatment I was ultimately under. The letter of dismissal I was sent might be retaliation as noted by the date it was written and the date it was sent in conjunction with a desperate appeal made to an office manager (****) in *******************, *******-one of the Tarpon Dental, 3 locations. Previous attempts were made to reach administrative assistance over the course of 6 months (from July into December of 2023) at the *********, ******* location where I was a patient which included the Regional manager (*****) who did not respond to repeated requests for comment/communication/assistance/direction, referral or explanation.I have contacted the better business bureau and the American Dental Association about 11 incidences addressing concerns with details and evidence on topics including ethics, fraud, misrepresentation, mis-diagnosis, negligence and HIPPA violations. ****************** and husband ****************
