            October 28, 2023 Magic Jack ******* my credit card for four years service. Their customer service is unreachable. I does not ring quality is poor. On reaching customer service it is only by robotic chat. To resolve any issues they want your credit card to charge. 56 dollars. I tried porting my number out. They refused to aknowledge the request. I want my money back. My husband is the one to put my number in Magic Jack in 2019. He has since left me. I have a temporary restraining order against him. He was very abusive and controling. He has turned off that credit card so I need this to be a check.

            I ordered a MajicJack over 2 weeks ago and have not received the device yet as it is stuck as the *** facility. I called MajicJack multiple times for a resolution and they are unable to assist. I asked for a refund and they are unable to refund my money. I asked for a replacement to be shipped out and they are unable to since there is one current in shipping.I wish I would have bought through Amazon and saved money on the device and gotten here in 2 days. I paid $7.95 in shipping and a $4.77 administration fee. I have submitted a dispute with my credit card for this shady company as the do not believe in customer service.
