Don’t shop here, every time I go in there’s dead fish, I can’t speak for the animals however I will say i’ve seen some pretty bad reviews regarding their animals. They seem extremely neglected. I made a review about the bettas I seen In their store yesterday and they were in a waterfall tank all 3 looked extremely unhealthy fin rot is noticeable and i’m they look sick. one was face in the gravel at the corner and didn’t move another was just at the bottom not moving and the one in the middle looked like he had severe fin rot. The last time I was there they had 2 BIG fish (in separate tanks) floating at the top dead. The water looked so muggy as if they were they for days… Both tanks… and just a lot of other fish looked unhealthy tanks were dirty looked like no maintenance at all was done. With the review I left the owner replied with “When you actually come in store instead of leaving reviews for your friends, you can see the truth. We are open every day except for Monday. Have a blessed day.” I was at the store I have picture proof with time and date so I said “I was at the store yesterday to be exact. Got some ghost shrimp, 2 goldfish and a plant. This isn’t for any friends, people are posting the truth, I took those pictures at your store right before I left.. Funny thing about technology it tells you the time and date of when a picture is taken if you need proof, I got you, and if you don’t like it than that’s your problem, you’re the one that owns the pet store, full responsibility falls to you.” she replies with “When you actually come in store instead of leaving reviews for your friends, you can see the truth. The cameras in store show someone who loves our family getting two cichlids. The family talked about how my sons had grown. Might want to have your phone looked at for the correct date and time.
