He knew it was getting towed in a horse off of my insurance no responsibility of theirs and is still sitting at the lot to be fixed because George was on vacation for two weeks and his assistant Dave decided not to call nobody back either then when finally speaking with George, he inform me I needed to make a payment on a vehicle that was sitting at the shop after having only less than 30 days, no so then it’s still sitting at the shop currently as he threatened me to repo the van because I refuse to make a payment because he refused to return any of my phone calls and let me know if it was gonna be under warranty or not, however, it is under warranty by my contract that they had in the window which I have, but he wants me to pay money to get the van fixed because of the warranty then gonna yell at me over the phone at the top of his lungs that he’s tired of playing my games and I need to make a payment or he was just gonna repo it when there’s been no communication on his end whatsoever, in fact, the other location had called me to locate where my minivan was at to find out if there was still sitting at the shop that I had it towed to waiting on George’s response which that company is going to verify as well I’m still waiting on I wouldn’t give them a rating if I didn’t feel like some of the people writing there I almost feel sorry for having a boss like him no customer service and no communication on his end WHO’s done playing games that’s sad what a real price if work
