            This company do not have any customer service skills. Their office is dirty and smelled of cigarettes. They towed my car and I went to pick up my car, they would not release the car to me. I also believed they drove my car off the lot. My belongings are in the car, I hear they are thieves, lets hope they do not steal anything from my car, if they do I am suing them for property theft. They insisted on keeping my car for an additional 2 days even though my finance company cleared my car for release. The person at the counter even told " you car belongs to us, until we release it". I've learned here they are thieves and steal customers' belongings.
