I had damage to my roof from a falling branch in September 2022 and discussed repairs with a representative from All Square. He was professional and explained everything that needed to be done. He met with reps from my insurance company and it was determined that I had additional hail and wind damage to the entire roof, including 2 skylights as well as eves and gutters and other fixtures including my siding which would all be repaired and replaced. I was told work would be done in March or April, 2023. I learned that the original rep had been let go and work would be starting in May but it is now June and no work has been started. I was requested by All Square to provide them with $18,000.00 to allow them to purchase materials to start repairs and I gave it to them on December 21, 2022. They keep telling me that other people had damages before me and that they would be fixing my home repairs after they finished others, but my damage occurred back in September of ************************************************************************************************************************************* a timely manner. I had also received information that wind and hail damaged my old aluminum siding which would be replaced with vinyl, but still no repairs have commenced but they have had $18,000.00 of my insurance money since last December. I requested 3 weeks ago that my agreement be terminated and my money refunded as I had found another repair company but was told work would start in May, but it is now June 6, 2023 and no date has been given to start repairs. I believe I have been patient enough with this company and want them to cancel my agreement and return the $18,000.00 as they have not done anything they told me they would be doing and I am very dissatisfied with the company.
