            8/6/2021 was date of purchase. We have had issues with the 4x4 function in a Landmaster L7. Our most recent issue occurred February of 2023. It was due to a recall issue on the shaft of the rear differential. The shaft fracture and the coupler for the four wheel drive wasn't able to activate the four wheel drive. I have had multiple conversations with two managers at American Landmaster since February 2023 most recent email being last week and no reply. Any email I've sent for the last month has had no reply and any voicemail left has had no reply. They have sent me chasing mechanics they claimed would fix it, but all have said they do not work on this particular brand. I am seeking reimbursement or at the very least to have this machine fixed and payed for by American Landmaster since this is an issue caused by their manufacturing flaws. This machine only has 36 hours. Thank you.

            My landmaster L7 is a 2021 with 11 hours on it. It will be going into the shop for the 5th time this Thursday.

I will need the units pin# located on a plate behing the throtle and brake pedals on the fire wall. Who is the dealer you prurchased it from and who is servicing it. A brief description of what is going on with your L7 past and present.
