She was advised of all the pest and did nothing to fix the problem… she is the slum lord from hell and very money hungry, DO NOT RENT HERE

As the landlord, we understand the importance of our availability for a tenant, so we have multiple systems in place for our tenants to not only place work orders for any maintenance concern, but also to directly contact the owner for an immediate response to any emergency problem through a personal cellphone number. One of our primary priorities is to keep our tenants happy, so that they may remain with us longer. In this case, we would like to resolve any problem our tenant may have, but with the information listed by this review's author, we do not see any match in our tenant database.

Therefore, this review is false, and made with ill intention to spread negative feelings of our business. It is untruthful to accuse our homes of these conditions, when in fact we take focused action in pest prevention and preventative measures. For example, routine ***** bombs, mice bait along the property perimeter, and almost daily monitoring of our property by management. Furthermore, since the date of this review 4/1/2024, we have yet to be contacted by this person claiming to rent from us. We would like to resolve the problem, but cannot do so without the correct information listed. Thank you.
