Crooked business practice, overcharge, unprofessional, failed to relay information in a timely manner. Rude Staff and doctors (*******************). The short of my complaint is I was ridiculously overcharged for service that werent actually rendered. The doctor and nurse who saw my dog had contradictory information I paid additional fees for the doctor to inspect my dogs ear for him to tell me he already did while my dog was in back. Prior to that the nurse said the doc couldnt check the ear unless I paid an additional exam fee. I was told the day prior I wouldnt have to pay an exam since my dog was previously seen. When I did pay the additional fee I was told this was already done. ******************* lied to my face! We waited almost 3 hrs for my dog to be seen. They cleaned his ears out with baby wipes then told me it was my job to flush his ears. Granted I understood I would continue to administer the flush after he was seen but they didnt do what they said they would which was do a flush. They merely wiped out his ears. I am now being told it will take **** business days for his ear culture. The facility looks professional but the staff is anything but. Im running out of meds and flush for my dog and we are in limbo waiting on information. Something needs to be done! People I encounter now and tell them about what happened tell me horror stories about this place or why they wouldnt go there unless their pet is dying and no where else is open. This is ridiculous and I hope BBB does an investigation on them.
