At SUMMERS we take pride in our commitment to safety and trust. That's why we've introduced 'The SUMMERS Secure Service Seal. To earn this seal, each technician undergoes drug testing, holds the required training, passes comprehensive background checks & must complete ongoing training.
SUMMERS Precision Installation Pledge
In addition to our labor warranty, we include our Installation Precision Pledge. This means that as long as SUMMERS continues to maintain your system, if it breaks down within the labor warranty period, SUMMERS will repair it, even if the issue is not related to the equipment covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
GEOGenius Guarantee
If your new geothermal system stops working in the next 10 years & proper maintenance was performed by SUMMERS, then we will come back out & fix it for free. Conditions apply: Well Pumps, Discharge Lines, and Ground Loop not included.
HVAC Tune-Ups - 365 No Breakdown Guarantee
If your system stops working in the 365 days following SUMMERS Tune-Up, then we will come back out at no charge and apply the cost of your tune up to any needed repairs. Conditions apply: If repairs are recommended during your tune-up visit, in order to have the 365 no breakdown guarantee apply, you must complete the recommended repairs.
Water Heater Guarantee
If your new water heater leaks or malfunctions within the first 5 years, then we will come back out & fix it for free.
Conditions apply: Customers must maintain annual maintenance through SUMMERS.
Water Filtration And Softener
If your whole-home water filter & softener malfunctions, needs repairs, or fails within the first 5 years, then we will
come back out & fix it for free.
Drains
90-Day Parts & Labor Coverage: We guarantee that the drain cleaning services we provide will remain free from
defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of service completion.
1 Year Parts & Labor Coverage: Any spot repairs including cleanouts will be covered for 1 year.
5 Year Parts & Labor Coverage: On any new lateral drain replacements, Summers covers parts and labor for 5 years. Parts and Labor: If you experience any issues with the drains we've cleaned within the guarantee period, we will promptly address the problem at no additional cost to you.
