Very unprofessional crew members. I had to call the production manager many times due to negligence. Crew members were doing siding on my home when they came upon a cable wire outside. They asked to cut it cause its not used. I told them to not cut it as I wasnt sure if it would shut off anything. They left it hanging down on the sidewalk to my house (picture provided showing the wire hanging down at a slope to my house). I called the production manager the following day explaining this issue and asking if they would come out again to NOT CUT but move the wire. They came out and asked me if I wanted it cut. I said no, please move it. They cut it and threw it away and left. I called Truchoice again explaining this issue and they told me to call my internet provider. After my appointment with the internet provider I called truchoice asking to send the bill to them ( as this is not an issue that I caused) and they are refusing to pay the bill and claiming I said to cut the wire. Im asking that they pay this internet bill I am about to receive.I havent even mentioned the nails left in my driveway and yard. The insulation scattered in my yard from the crew, along with the trash that I picked up from their VERY unprofessional crew.
