              The office manager is rude and unprofessional. She has power and control issues and will hang up on calls and threaten to drop you as a client.

              I would like to say McArthur Counseling Center loves to help those in need but we do expect a basic level of respect from those we help. McArthur Counseling Center requires any outstanding balances be paid or payment arrangements made prior to the following appointment. When a client uses foul language repetitively even when asked nicely to stop, we will terminate the call. No employee should have to put up with that behavior. Likewise, if a client refuses to pay or make an arrangement to pay, we have no choice but to refer the client to another company for services. We are unable to provide free services.
