    I went to the European Wax Center after hearing about their Rewards Program. After many delays, an appt. was finally set for Oct 10th. During the visit the tech was apparently made uncomfortable due to an issue that occurred during the service, which was beyond my control, then due to a medical condition I had to use the restroom for an extended amount of time. When I went to pay, we disagreed over a discrepancy for the base cost for a waxing service. During my visit staff never indicated to me that they had any issues with me or my behavior, they were respectful, as was I, which was shown by my generous tip. However, on this day unbeknownst to me they had called the police, although at the time they denied having done so, they have since admitted they called. I believe they did this just to be sure I would make my full payment. They claim they contacted the police regarding my behavior, that they found strange, and caused them discomfort. I had already explained to them that I suffer from Autism Spectrum Disorder, but they refused to accept that as an explanation. I have now been trespassed/banned from the business. I still have 255 earned points, however I no longer feel comfortable going to any of their other locations. This situation is very distressing to me. I disputed payment with my bank only after realizing I had paid people who made false accusations against me and may have been manipulated into doing so, and if they were so uncomfortable why did they take my money at all? Also, the business told my bank that when I was at their business, I was disrespectful, rude, and creating discomfort, which has caused me great embarrassment. I have made many attempts to contact their corporate offices but have received no response. I feel I am entitled to a full refund, however I dont feel that it is forthcoming, so at the very least I want the public to be made aware of my experience, and how this business may treat other consumers who suffer from a disability.

    On October 12th, 2023, this guest was escorted off our premises and issued a trespass warning due to instances of harassing phone calls, disrespectful behavior, and inappropriate conduct within the Waxing Suite involving two separate Wax Specialists. It is important to highlight that our establishment upholds the utmost professionalism, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for both guests and staff. While we understand that certain bodily reactions are a natural part of the services we provide, this particular guest's behavior crossed the boundaries of professionalism. Excessive and inappropriate requests, conversations, and extended visits to the restrooms during the service prompted our decision to involve local law enforcement after four hours of enduring such behavior. Regrettably, despite clear communication and the subsequent termination of our professional relationship with this individual, ongoing harassment persists. The customer continues to engage in anonymous phone calls, targeting our employees with multiple calls daily, often within the same hour. Our commitment to maintaining a secure and respectful atmosphere for both patrons and staff remains unwavering. We assure you that we take such matters seriously, and appropriate measures are being taken to address this ongoing issue. We value your understanding and cooperation as we work to uphold the standards of our establishment.
