Do not use this dumpster company. We called them for a quote for 3 dumpsters to come to our house for a live removal as we were having a company clear out our yard. When we first spoke with them they gave us a flat rate for each dumpster, which we agreed to. We never signed a contract with them (huge mistake on our part), but the reviews were good and we needed the dumpsters in a pinch. They showed up almost 2 hours late with the first two dumpsters and then didn't come back with the third until almost 4 in the afternoon. We called repeatedly and were told that the driver "was on his way" for nearly 3 hours. The next day I got a notification from my credit card company that I had been charged nearly $3000 more than the originally agreed upon price. When we called them to discuss the charges they said that they charge TEN CENTS PER POUND over the "allotted 4 tons" per dumpster. Now we've rented a lot of dumpsters for various things during the course of our lives and NEVER has this ever happened, let alone for that much, and with tree stumps and yard waste no less. So we found out where they dump their material, turns out that the place they bring it to, only charges them $12/yard to dump yard debris/stumps, so $360/dumpster, almost double what they were charging us just for the flat rate! And then they tried to sneak in these extra "10 cents per pound" costs on top of that! When we called to speak with the staff after finding that out, the person running the front desk said that he would talk to the owner about lowering the prices, he then came back on the phone and stated that the owner, Dennis said, "I told them the terms and they agreed" and then refused to even speak with us. Sorry, but we never agreed to be robbed blind. DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY. They are scumbags and liars.
