We purchased a dog from a local breeder, returned the dog that same week and they are refusing to refund. The attorney I spoke to recommended we start with BBB to report as we now have not received any of our money back and do not have a dog from the breeder. Due to how this has impacted our family we would hope you would consider taking her back so she can find the right home and we would suggest one potentially without younger children, as she is still quite reactive. She has been so afraid of common noises shell jump over furniture to get away from a basket being dropped on the ground or picking up and putting down a cup as an example.
