            ********************* took $11,500 as a down payment for a garage to be built in April 2023. I was in contact with ********************* stated that the build would start in June, then July, and then communication stopped from *****. He would not return calls, texts, and emails. I, as well as others, got an email stating that ******* Home Improvement was going out of business and refunds would try to be returned. There has been no further communication or a refund initiated.Date of transaction: 4/12/23, MSUFCU check #**** cleared on 4/13/23, Amount paid to *****:$11,500, ***** committed to provide the building of a garage, paid for the job and the job was never started. ********************* sent an email stating he was going out of business, no further contact.

            On May 11, 2023 we signed a contact with ******* Home Improvement and provided a substantial deposit that was to be used to purchase cabinetry and counter tops. The items were never purchased. On August 14, 2023 we received an email that stated he would not be starting our remodel and did not have the money to pay us back
