I am writing to report fraudulent activity by Contour Property Solutions (represented by Mr. ************************* also known as Ascott Home Services, who took over the business. **************** has scammed multiple customers by taking deposits and running away without completing the work. **************** was featured in Fox2's "Hall of Shame" after several customers testified to his fraudulent practices. Recent reviews on ****************' ****** profile also detail similar experiences, including threatening liens on customers' homes and leaving work unfinished.I believe it is crucial to alert your team and take necessary actions to prevent other users from falling victim to this scam. It is important to note that **************** does not possess a builder's license, as he admitted in the Fox2 video footage. This is in direct contradiction with ******** law, which requires a builder's license for projects over ******* May 2022, we decided to hire them for a bathroom remodel that was never finished, despite **************** taking full payment of $20,220. The items that have not been completed or improperly done include the installation of the marble, the placement of the vanity, the shower door installation, the exhaust vent installation, and the provision of the heated floor wall sensor and the grout. We are requesting the refund of $6500 for paid and undelivered material and for the rectification of the work.I urge BBB to take immediate action against **************** to prevent further fraud, I believe it is crucial to create a safe and trustworthy platform for both contractors and customers. I hope that ********* will take the necessary measures to investigate and prevent fraudulent activities Thank you for your attention to this matter.Sincerely,

***** and *****,While we applaud your persistent attempt to be some sort of hero by posting these reviews, it would be appreciated if you put forth all of the facts. First, Contour Property ************** segment appearance did NOT in any way pertain to you. Ascott did your project, you have no ties to Contour, so posting about the appearance on the news is only you attempting to push your agenda. Second, your bathroom was a complete disaster from the previous contractor you hired that as I recall, took your money and ran? You didnt go after him, but because you see our company as collectible due to the issues that Contour Property Solutions is having, youre attempting to dump blame on Ascott. Third, you never paid your balance in full. When we showed up, on the day and time scheduled, to collect the balance, you werent even home. You sent several emails back and forth to the office in an attempt to get your bill reduced stating that you had made payments. However, the email that you received back had all updated payments after everything was added in and text messages regarding payments were verified. By falsely claiming that I am a thief and that I in any capacity took anything from you is not only careless, but also illegal. So if youre looking to bring light to things that are being done illegally, maybe you should report your cash business to the **** While this is uncomfortable to everyone, and will remain so, youre making it worse by playing the pot, calling the kettle As stated to your attorney, not only was I willing to accommodate to your needs or questions, and your attorney stopped communicating. Now that you have seen Contour on the news all of the sudden its important, but it wasnt that important 6 months ago when you allowed your attorney to cease communication. Finally, its a shame that people like yourselves and others living in glass houses are casting stones. Looking forward to the solutions -Regards

These are all lies. We never refused to pay any bill. There is no email or letter asking for any final payment. Which makes sense, since you never finished the project. How can be entitled to a final payment if you haven't completed the work? Also, some of the work had to be redone due to poor worksmanship. We are not the ones who stopped communicating, we actually never received a response from our last letter. We also tried to reduced in bill, the emails will prove it. Additionally, Contour and Ascott are the same company, you literally have a sign in front of your shop with both logos and the same phone number. You also admitted in writing that you took money from us to buy materials and never delivered it. If we cannot reach a settlement, we will pursue all legal avenues.
