We hired this company to install wiring and an outlet to plug in our generator. The owner came out and did a sales pitch with a lot of ********* talk. When he gave the estimate, I said it seemed really steep. He said it was going to be an all-day job and the wiring was very expensive. My husband wanted to take him at his word because he professed to be a *********. When the worker arrived, he smelled strongly of smoke and was there less than three hours. When he was finished and called me to the basement it smelled like Cannabis. He did not do the job correctly. We asked the company if they pulled a permit, and they said they did not need one. We called the inspector, and they said they did need a permit and came out and told us what was wrong and told the worker what they should have done. To do the job correctly the company wanted an additional 500 dollars. We also requested an itemized bill and never received one. We checked with other electric companies asking what they would have charged for the job, and they told us they would have done the job for less than half of what THEE charged. The bad thing is we had also referred our widowed neighbor who was and the same thing happened to her and they were only at her house for an hour. Clearly this company is not professional and does not follow ********* ******* Steer clear of them as they will price ***** and you will not have the job done correctly. The are dishonest. Do not let the owner deceive you.
