    I was done with my bowling league and on my way out on December 6, 2023 when an employee/acting manager said something derogatory toward me. I approached him with concern as to what he wanted. He continued to accuse me of harassing his employees. I did nothing of the like. He continued to call me names and a drunk and said he hated me. He also said he doesn't like my "kind" and will survive as a business without my "kind" there. My "kind" that pays everything with cash money and tips the waitress and bar tenders very well. I picked up my bowling bag and went on my way fearing he was going to assault me on my way out. Since the incident I have never been back. I reluctantly had to give up on the team and the league. This is unfair to them and me. I would highly recommend this man be fired from his position. He knows absolutely nothing about how to run a business and treat customers. He has no business ethics and morals. He has no business being in a business. He has absolutely no understanding on the importance of the history of doing business with a customer. I have been a regular there since I was a lad. I learned how to bowl in this establishment when I was a kid. I am very saddened that I have to give up on a place where I grew up by a disgruntled manager that caused me emotional anxiety on a sport that I very much enjoy. I would highly recommend not using Northfield lanes for your bowling pleasure. The employees are rude and inconsiderate. They also lack knowledge on how to fix the lanes when they break down. Which is an ongoing constant. I will NEVER step foot in this place again and spend my hard earned cash. The owner Jim Frey should take this into highly consideration when hiring his help.
