I brought my Husqvarna chainsaw to ***** for repair at the end of April 2021. ***** diagnosed the saw and confirmed that the piston, cylinder, and crankshaft needed to be replaced and that the labor to make these repairs costs $90.00 if I supplied the parts. I worked directly with Husqvarna who agreed to send me new parts ($600 in value) under warranty since the saw had low hours. Husqvarna sent the new parts which were delivered on 5/3/21 at 9:59am. I called ***** after the parts ($600 value) were delivered and he claimed he never received them. I told him I had a delivery conformation that was signed for by "DBREZADINE" ***** Brezadine and he claimed that he never signed for that parts and did not have them.Husqvarna sent new parts in place of the stolen parts which were delivered on 5/17/21 at 10:16am. ***** said he received the parts but a couple parts were still missing. Husqvarna sent the remaining parts which were delivered on 5/25/21 at 9:39am. Husqvarna accidentally sent an extra piston which they said I could keep since it was their mistake. ***** made the repairs and when I came to pick up the saw 8/18/21, he said the total was $162.50. I reminded him that he previously quoted me $90 for the repair and he said that I could pay him $162.50 or he was keeping the saw. I then reluctantly paid him so he did not steal my saw like he did the parts. I then asked for the spare piston Husqvarna said I could keep and he said that he sent it back. He said they sent him a RA for the piston via email and when I asked him to see the email that he could not produce, he then began yelling every curse word at me and threw my old parts in the trash.I then confirmed with Husqvarna that they did not issue a RA or receive the piston back and then went back in to confront ***** about it. Since the last visit, he quickly requested a RA and sent the piston back.This guys is a liar and a thief, buyer beware!
