Be Warned! Took almost a year to complete a 2-week job. Most crew would show up late, unannounced even after I asked to be informed. Hardly ever said when they were done for that day, leaving me wondering if anyone was just running out or not coming back for the day. Very irregular hours. You have to have a stay-at-home job to accommodate these guys schedules. Acted like squeezing me in between other jobs was a favor to me. Proper precautions for preparing the area were not taken on their part and everything in my home was covered in a layer of dust. Many parts of the job were out of Rich's element and had to call in subcontractors that were worse than if I had done it myself! The ceiling wasn't fully painted, and every wall was hit with ceiling paint and ceiling was hit with wall paint and not fixed. The trim around the door frames and flooring around the stairwell were never finished. Your expensive wood beams have construction mud all over it that we cannot get off. ***** was not properly inspected when he gave us the quote and contract because the roof started to sag down and needed additional support. Not to mention he didn't properly vent our house mid-construction and we had to go stay at a hotel and call in a service person because everyone started to not feel well. We almost all died and that's just to name a few issues. It was a nightmare, and I will never hire him or anyone he brought with him again.
