Hello Ms. ***************** are sorry to hear about the difficulties experienced with your appraisal and your concerns with bi-weekly payments. Regarding your concerns with your appraisal you are able to submit a "Reconsideration of Value" request through your broker where you can indicate any errors made by the appraiser of your property. Once received our teams will help to ensure that the property is being valuated accurately. Regarding your concerns with bi-weekly payments we note that you must enroll in this program and cannot make bi-weekly payments without requesting to be enrolled first.
