    Bought tickets for Wicked in ******* 6 months prior to event. Paid almost triple per ticket for nose bleed section. Was sent an email upon purchase, saying that this was confirming your seats have been secured but this is not your tickets. We will send you and email when the event is near with a link to get your tickets. Fast forward to Jan ****. An email was sent saying your tickets have been transferred. No link, no tickets, no nothing was in that email that had my ticket info. The email went on to say; If you are having trouble here is a few steps you can try. I followed the steps to try and find my tickets with no success. So I called their customer service at 7:30 am on Friday. ********************** was 2pm on Saturday. The fella said he put in a work order to get my tickets re-transferred and within the hour to recheck my email. Second call at 9:00 am customer service said my ******************** were sent in the first email back in July. No sir, I still have that email and it does not say that. Saving you all the long details and stress, **** hours later and 6 more chats/phone calls with Event tickets customer service telling me to be patient and wait for an email. I was out of luck, money, and still no tickets. Saturday morning I still had no email or tickets. I called customer service again, they said there was nothing they could do, I needed to be patient and that they were working on it. I was furious. We were less then 5 hours from the event and they offered nothing for help. Finally I was at a loss and venting to my daughter and she suggested calling ticketmaster directly. Thank Goodness ticketmaster found my tickets and were able to transfer them into my ticketmaster account. I found out my girlfriend's were at the same show with amazing seats on the main level and only paid 75$. We were at the very top and paid almost 400$ for 2 tickets. It's been almost 3 weeks since the event, and still no word or email from event tickets, apparently I still need to be patient. I was scammed.
