This place will treat you unfairly but try to be subliminal about it. I worked here for 1 year and 2 months and was treated very unfairly. I told them in the beginning about my anxiety and still followed through with the hiring process. They never let me learn any new games no matter how many people I asked. They kept me in the same pit majority of the time I worked there. The only pit that gave me anxiety. Everyday I would come into work I was fighting an anxiety attack. And on my last day I couldn't control it anymore and had an anxiety attack. The bathrooms are about as horrible. They don't clean as often as they should. There are bed bugs in the studios. A ***** was found in the locker room. I reported a guy for sexual harassment to 2 people in management for 4 incidents. The guy never got fired. He got caught doing inappropriate things in the parking garage with another emoloyee and still didn't get fired. Multiples reports filed on him and still not fired. I didn't feel safe at work. They didn't care for your needs. Such as trying to go to the bathroom but told no because they short staff. Talked to like I was a child by management. After a while they stopped updating my sick time. I was always hot in that place because they never wanted to turn the ac on even in the summer time. I informed everyone in management about what happens if I get too hot. They told me to get a doctor note after they stop accepting doctors notes. It was hard to focus on the tables and not make mistakes because it was too hot. Then have chlorstrophobia issues because of my anxiety. They made it hard to use my vision benefits. They never keep their word. They played favoritism alot. Changing schedules for certain people and making others suffer. Hard to get issues resolved because hr is bad with communication. They teated me so bad that people would randomly come up to me to speak to me about noticing how they be treating me. People I never met yet.
