DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY NOR ACQUIRE THIER SERVICES! I worked for this company for a month. Myself and my patients constantly complained about the lack of medical supplies, lack of clinicians (physical therapist, occupational therapist, medical social worker, LPNs, etc.) I was told by the Director of Nursing ***** not to offer the patients a social worker for community resources because, "if you ask a person if they need something, they'll always say yes." I informed the *** that I was leaving the company because I felt like it was a disservice to my community to offer services that you can't supply. She was very rude and belligerent over the phone. I showed up on payday, Friday afternoon, to pick up my check and she told me that checks wasn't going to be there until Saturday. Even though a co-worker was also there picking up her check. She started to get loud in the office so I told her that she is the reason her business is failing, I also told her to mail me my check, and I left the office. Before I made it home she proceeded to send me multiple text messages. The messages read: "You should be ashamed of your conduct today," "you owe me an apology," I sent her a reply stating not to call me anymore or I would report her for harassments. I told her my business with her was complete and she owes me 2 more checks and that she can send them to me through the mail. Her reply: "that was extremely rude and uncalled for," "extremely unprofessional and shameful. you are blocked." So even though I provided my services a a Registered Nurse, she refused to give me my check and proceeded to degrade me through text messages. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY NOR ACQUIRE THIER SERVICES!

This only proves the extremely unprofessional and shameful conduct by someone, we thought was a professional. Payday was on the 7th and because the 7th was a Saturday, accountant processed early and mailed the paychecks through *** to be delivered on Friday, the 6th. *** sent an email that ETA delivery was Friday at 7pm. We contacted *** making every effort for early delivery. Around 2pm before the checks came in, this unprofessional nurse barged into the office demanding her check. We told her the checks had not been delivered yet and we are waiting for ***. She became belligerent and abusive accusing the *** of lying. She asked another RN in the office "I am sure you got your check right?" and the RN said "NO". After making a shameful scene and walking out, at 3:35pm *** delivered the checks, and an email is date and time stamped showing exactly the time of delivery. We sent out an email letting all 96 of our clinicians know checks had arrived if they needed to pick up or would be mailed out. A text message was sent to her with the snapshot of the email showing the fact that the checks just arrived and that she owed the *** an apology for being so rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, she persisted with her rude and unprofessional behavior because I guess that is who she is. Her check was mailed along with everyone else on the evening before pay day. So basically, she is just lying about not getting her check, to complete the unprofessional package. As to any other claims made, that is what every incompetent clinician does when their incompetence and unprofessionalism is exposed, they have to make up excuses. What a shame!! Hope at Home healthcare is a company that has been in business for 20years serving 4 counties in Michigan, caring for hundreds of patients and employing almost 100 employees. One incompetent clinician's false self-serving unprofessional commentary does not phase us. We wish you better luck finding employment in an environment that accepts your unprofessional conduct.
