I received your concerns and I apologize that you feel this way. You should have contacted my office directly to discuss. However, before you write a bad review on my company, you should know the facts!
(1) Whenever your management company contacted us for an estimate, the owner's son and grandson, both whom work for my company, met with your management supervisor at the job site. They went over in detail what was to be quoted and completed once we received an approval to move forward. Your supervisor verbally told my guys that he WANTED THE WEEP HOLES COVERED! I am assuming he did not tell the association this. Once work was completed he called and said we covered the weep holes. I sent out my crew a second time and we removed the mortar from the weep holes. No weep holes were covered on the back of the buildings and yes, my guys are experienced! When a homeowner or in this case, a management supervisor states what he wants done, that is exactly what is done.
(2) You make it sound like we were supposed to tuck point the entire five buildings and repair all of the deteriorated bricks and this is not so. The contract says to replace up to 5 bricks per building. Minor tuck pointing is what was quoted for $ 4,800.00. We were told to go up so many rows on the buildings and tuck point and this is what was completed.
(3) I have been in business over 55 years. I have never been told I need reported to the union? Really? Union???
(4) Apparently, you have not been well-informed. Not to mention, Select Management/ The Pointe has not been out any money. There is currently an outstanding balance of $4,800.00.
(5) You never contacted our office directly to discuss this before writing to the Better Business Bureau. I'm not talking about *** calling either. I am talking about the person that wrote to the BBB. You never gave us the opportunity to discuss the issues with you which in return is not fair to my company. We could have met with you on site so you could have defined your nature of concerns and we would have went over and corrected according to what you thought wasn't done providing it was within reason.
